Feature Request: Employee Policy Acknowledgements by Country for Multi-country companies

Right now it appears the employee-facing policy acknowledgement flow only supports a single global policy document for the entire company.

For companies with international employees, policy requirements can vary significantly by country due to tax rules, reimbursement requirements, labor laws, stipend treatment, and local compliance considerations.

It would be extremely helpful if Ramp could support assigning different policy acknowledgement documents based on:
• Country
• Employee group
• Department
• Employment type
• Legal entity

At a minimum, having separate policies for U.S. employees vs. international employees would solve a major operational gap for us.

Ideally:
• Employees would only see and acknowledge the policies relevant to them
• Policies could be version controlled independently
• Admins could target acknowledgements to specific groups
• New hires could automatically receive the correct policy package based on HRIS data

This becomes especially important for companies using global EOR platforms like Oyster where reimbursement and stipend handling differs by country.

Would love to see this added to the roadmap.
