Feature Request: Further Buildout of Transaction Approval Reporting

When using Ramp Insights/Reports for Bill Pay Approvals and AP Automation Approvals, there is not enough data available to filter by/see to allow for the creation of an accurate approval aging report within Ramp.

There is currently no way for users to generate detailed reports in Ramp that include data for the following fields:

  • Accounting Fields from NetSuite/other accounting systems
  • All Transaction/Bill Native Fields
    • Ex: Invoice Number/Entity

This is a great request. My organization is also struggling to create a native approver aging report in Ramp insights.

Hi William and Matthew! Thanks for laying this out. Our team is actively looking into this, and I’ve also shared your post with them. We’ll keep this thread updated as things progress.

In the meantime, if anyone else has thoughts on what they’d like to see in approval reporting, we’d love to hear it!
