Key Requirements:
-Centralized Compliance Hub: Track required items per vendor, including W9s, NDAs, risk levels, assessment statuses/dates, and our internal New Vendor Contract Review Checklist
-Unified Communication: Keep all vendor-related dialogue and document collection directly inside Ramp
-Customizable Risk Reminders: An automated alert system for ongoing monitoring based on tier (Low = every 3 years; Moderate = every 2 years; High/Critical = annually)
