If a card holder loses a receipt or other required item, is an admin the only one who can waive the requirement? Is there a way for the cardholder to submit a request for the item to be waive within the dashboard?

Hey Bailey! :blush: Yes - if a cardholder is missing a receipt or other required item, they can request a policy exemption.

The employee will go to the transaction or click on the ‘Missing Items’ banner from their ‘My Ramp’ tab. → Once the transaction is open, they can click on ‘Request Policy Exemption’. → They can then fill in a memo explaining the situation to their manager or admin (pictured below).

As an admin/owner, you can approve the transaction sans receipt.
