Giftcarding should be easy, since Ramp provides incentives for spend management for employees… could there be an easy Admin function that could issuse giftcards to employees/guest? The approval process would follow regular approvals, but would save my admin time going to webstores or physical stores for these kind of award issuances.

You can redeem cashback for gift cards! Only admins and business owners can redeem cashback, but you can send gift cards to employees. Head to Dashboard → Rewards. From there, you can redeem cashback for gift cards and send them to employees .

You could also set up a Spend Program, which would allow you to:
- Create pre-approved budgets for specific needs
- Set controls and restrictions on spending
- Issue cards at scale by department, location, or company-wide
