Having dedicated account for external AI Agent

We are currently starting to have a ChatGPT Agent do some of the work arranging documents to invoices.

An example, we have a staffing agency that sends us two separate PDF’s in the same email, one PDF is the invoice, the second is the approved timesheet.

The timesheet is then added to the invoice as a Document based on the email thread which has the invoice reference in the header.

This is done manually, but we are exploring using a ChatGPT Agent through our subscription with OpenAI.

In the ideal world, we would be able to have a separate account for that agent, as well as a dedicated role with guardrails and restrictions, but this is of course not possible yet in Ramp.

Is this something that is on the roadmap, or is it only focused on internal agents?

Thanks
