History of Receipts should stay with the budget manager

Our expense policy is directed by account numbers and not just an employee’s manager. Once a budget manager approves the expense, they can no longer pull up the receipt because it “lives” with the employee’s manager instead.
I really NEED it to be able to be seen after approval by the budget manager. Our employees purchase for different divisions or serve in multiple roles all of the time and as a purchaser for the whole company it doesn’t make sense that only my manager can go back in to see items.

Hi Mary! Please check the Expenses tab, Resolved section at the top of the page. It should show you any transactions that have been historically approved by the team member with the ability to see the receipt as well. Take a look and let me know if your Budget Managers are still unable to see past receipts.

Yeah, they still can’t see my transactions there either. My manager can see them, but the budget manager himself can’t. I checked with a couple different budget managers that should have seen something I paid on their department’s behalf.
