I’m trying to understand how other Ramp users manage their ad-buy workflows, especially for Google Ads and other social platforms.
Our challenge is that Google doesn’t send individual receipts for each transaction, so we have to manually download the receipts from Google Ads Manager and upload them into Ramp or email to Ramp. With multiple ad accounts and daily charges, this creates a lot of room for mismatched receipts and too much admin work.
In addition, Workamajig doesn’t offer a direct API connection, so I’m curious how people are handling the exporting and syncing of Ramp data into Workamajig—particularly for client project billing and reconciliation.
If anyone has a process, workaround, or automation that has helped streamline:
- Capturing Google Ads or social ad receipts
- Matching them correctly in Ramp
- Exporting or importing the data into Workamajig (UCSV or other methods)
