We have uploaded an IIF file to Quickbooks Desktop successfully before. Today we tried and the transfer failed. There is a file we were instructed to open to see failures but we can’t open that. See the screenshot attached.
Hi Rachel! Sorry to hear that you’re having issues with the import. The fastest solution here would be to actually contact Ramp’s customer support team. You can submit a Support Ticket using this link, or you can reach Ramp support via phone at 855-206-SAVE (7283). They are available daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM EST.

Exact same thing happened to me this month, the review now didn’t work, but I reconciled the statement and everything seemed fine.

I’m wondering if you’re having the same problem I am with uploading iif. If so, I have found how to edit the code to make it work. I don’t know if you can direct message through here (I’m new), but I’d be willing to share my “hack”.
