It looks like the “Inbox” feature is only available to managers. I would suggest that all users have this feature. My use case is Bill Pay. I have some “employee” users who are not “managers” in Ramp who will approve bills. The shortcut in the inbox to see bills ready for approval would be easier to navigate than going to the Bill Pay section.

Currently, only Managers and Admins have access to the Inbox for approvals (on Reimbursements, Bills, Card Request, and Transactions). However, I too think it could be a value-add for our customers to have those employees with ‘AP Clerk’ permission also have access to the Inbox for Bill approvals.

Thank you for considering this! TBH, I didn’t realize there was a reason that some people had inboxes, while others did not. It’s made our trainings inconsistent, because I instructed people to look to their inbox to approve bills, when they didn’t have one. Having a more uniform experience across the platform would be great!
