Is it possilbe to add an item to a virtual card transaction?

My team can add items (Quickbooks Products/Services) in Procurement and Bill Pay, however, we don’t have the option for credit card expenses. I am currently having to sync them to Quickbooks and the item in QBO which is very time consuming.

  1. How often do you classify transactions with an Item?
  2. Do you typically split them to assign an Item and an Account, or just an Item?

We use the Procurement program for most of our purchases which allows me to put an item, however, we also have employees run to Home Depot and buy something for which we would use an item in QBO and assign to a particular job/project 2.
