We frequently receive emails requesting we reconnect our bank accounts to Ramp. Our CEO is the only one who can reconnect, so it’s become cumbersome to fix that connection at least twice a month. Is there a way to make this connection last longer or even stay until we request otherwise?

Hi Hope! Ramp requires monthly bank statements to ensure accurate underwriting of business limits. Without the statement uploads your limit can drop so it’s important to upload them in a timely manner. We’re unable to alter the frequency of these requests and necessity for monthly statements, but depending on your bank you could switch to an automatic connection. This would remove the need to upload a statement every month. You can read more about bank connections here.
