Memo field prefilling

Ramp is prefilling the memo fields so employees don’t enter accurate memos for their purchases. How do I stop the prefilling?

Hey Cynthia! Ramp can suggest memos for your team to approve, but if you’d like us to disable this feature, we certainly can. Just submit a ticket to our support team here and they’ll help you out.

I’m going to request this as well! But… Admins should have the option to turn this off.

I agree! As an admin, I’d like the ability to turn this off, as well.
