Three improvements would make the mileage reimbursement process much more seamless.

Add an upload function for those who keep logs in spreadsheets.
A) Include “To” and “From” address logging, with Ramp automatically calculating mileage.
B) Option to add a memo and, if needed, specify the customer. -
Allow users to save customer addresses for faster entry. Enter an address the first time and save it for future use (which would also support the upload function above).

Add continuous GPS-based mileage tracking, like MileIQ.
A) Start tracking in the morning and keep the app running in the background.
B) Automatically recognize stops and add them to the log.
C) Save trips using geo-fencing around a designated home base.
D) Allow a leg of trip to be deleted (e.g., if a trip is personal) before submission.
It would also be nice to be able to export miles when exporting reimbursement data.
