Currently, we are able to “auto-lock cards with missing items” after a set period of time. I would like the ability to set a threshold to auto-lock. For example, the auto-lock time period would start after $500 worth of missing items on a particular card.

Hi Xiao! I’m Neil, an Engineer working on workflows. Locking of cards based on arbitrary conditions like the one you outlined, is something we are working on supporting in the future. We don’t have an exact timeline for this currently, but likely in early 2025

We are also looking for a feature like this based on number of days after the month. For example, we have reporting requirements for leadership due mid-month, we would like cards with outstanding transactions to be locked at 5pm on the 5th day of the following month. i.e. a card has outstanding February 2025 transactions, lock the card at 5pm on March 5th.
