New Vender Sync from Sage to Ramp

Hello,

Today I created a new vendor in Sage. When it synced to Ramp the address added to the tax address but not to the payment address. In other new vendor profiles I see that Ramp has “added mailing address via import from Sage Intacct” in green under the activity. While this most recent vendor doesn’t have this. Both of these vendors were created the same way.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Yes - we have an open help ticket with Support on this but no resolution yet. The payment address will fill for some new vendors, but then won’t for others. Support ID’d that there is an internal Ramp error, but it’s not something we see on our end. I’m still waiting to hear if they have found what is causing this error.
