I would like to be able to add our security team to the new vendor workflow. Currently it only allows me to add admin or dept owner to the required or notify field. I would like to be able to add individuals or a specific department/ dept owner.
Hey Amanda! Great question - you should be able to do this with the custom groups feature.
Head to Company → People → and create a custom group called something like “Security Approvers.”
Once that’s set up, go back to your Vendor Approval Workflow and click “Add approver.”
From the list, select the custom group you just created. This will include the entire Security team in the approval workflow.

Thank you for this information. I’m able to set up the group, but it will only allow me to add managers. Is there a way to include an employee level member?
