Is there a way to have Reimbursements trigger an immediate notification to approvers upon submission, but have Card Transactions only notify for review/approval once per week? Since Reimbursements pay directly to the employee, our goal is to process those through approvals as quickly as possible. But Card Transactions or expenses, are already paid, and are just being supported, verified, approved, they are slightly lower in priority for our reviewers and approvers.

Hey Gina, we use MS Teams, and that connection to Ramp does notify users when there is a reimbursement to approve. Additionally, in your Personal Ramp Notification settings, there is an SMS Push option for Reimbursement Approvals. We do have Ramp Plus, so not sure if that’s a functionality available in other Ramp versions.
