Opening downloaded receipts zip file

I’m having trouble opening the receipts downloaded in a zip file. Error says 'the destination path is too long, rename the zipped folder and try again. I have tried renaming but not all receipts can be opened.

Hi Rinisha! You might want to try:

Finding the ZIP file you downloaded on your computer → moving the file to “Documents” → trying to open the ZIP file again from this new folder
