Option to require approver for refunds/credits on cards?

Hi there,

We’ve run into a recurring issue when credits/refunds hit our corporate cards. There’s no option to add approvers/reviewers for those transactions, which makes it tough to ensure coding accuracy and track them for reconciliation purposes.

Is there any way to flag or route these transactions for review? Anyone else dealing with this?

Would love to hear what’s working (or not working) for others.

Lydia, we created a custom view for Refunds to Mark Ready using filters Accounting Status = Needs Review and Amount less than or equal to zero. We then open each refund and most link to the original transaction where you can pop that open to see the original coding used to add to the refund/credit transaction. This has been working for us.

We requested this feature from our Ramp rep a while back & they were able to enable that for our company. We do have Ramp Plus, so not sure if it’s something they can enable for you or not, but it’s worth asking your Rep about :wink:
