Is there a way to pay multiple bills by uploading a csv?
If someone sends me a spreadsheet, with a list of 100 different bills that need to be paid (to different vendors), is there anyway to just upload that spreadsheet, instead of entering each one manually?
Hi Amanda, yes! Ramp lets you upload a spreadsheet (CSV or XLSX) with up to 100 bills at once, creating draft bills in bulk – perfect for handling large volumes without manual entry (you can read more about this here).
Go to the “Draft Bills” tab → select the option to “Import via spreadsheet” to begin the process of uploading your CSV file. This allows you to create draft bills in bulk.
After uploading, you’ll map your spreadsheet columns to Ramp’s required fields, review the data, and then bulk create the draft bills to kick off approval routing.
