We’ve noticed that when bills are marked as “Paid Outside Ramp”, the payment information is not syncing into Sage Intacct as it does with other payment methods.
Currently, we have to go into Sage Intacct manually, pay the bills, select the payment, and update the payment date — even though this information is already provided to Ramp.

I also have this problem with synching these payments to Netsuite, but Ramp has told me there’s no solution at this time. I just switched from a different bill pay provider who is less sophisticated, and even they had the ability to sync outside payments with Ramp, so this should be something that Ramp can easily add to its functionality.
