My vendor owners and approvers need to have the ability to see payment information for their vendors. Right now, the only way to give them visibility is by giving them ‘View payment details’ access, which gives them access to ALL payment information across the orgainzation. I need to be able to grant it only for vendors that they are the owner of.

Hi @Amanda_Bell, this is a real gap — the current “View payment details” permission doesn’t scope to vendor ownership, which makes it hard to give people the visibility they need without opening up the whole org. I’ve raised it with the team and they’re already looking at it. I’ll follow up here when there’s more to share!

We’re updating this so access can be tied to a specific vendor owner instead of requiring the broader “View payment details” permission. If someone owns a vendor, they’ll be able to see that vendor’s default payment information without getting access to payment details for every vendor across the organization. Your vendor owners should be able to see those payment details now.
