We have a contract with a vendor who wants to be paid QUARTERLY. Currently the only payment options for contracts are One time, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Annual. Is this a quick fix change that can happen? It also may be beneficial to have a SEMI-ANNUAL option.
Hi Jessica! Thank you for the post. We support quarterly recurring bills, so you should be able to pay quarterly if it’s recurring.
If you’re in the Bill Pay tab setting this up as a recurring bill and still don’t see the quarterly frequency option (pictured above), I recommend reaching out to our support team (here) in case there’s an issue with your account.

Hi Charlotte, Is quarterly (frequency) available in Procurement - when adding the frequency of payments while creating “Request Spend”-to create a Purchase Order? Thank you!

Yes, when creating a procurement request in Ramp, you can set the frequency of payments to quarterly. This allows you to schedule recurring payments on a quarterly basis.
