I’d like to at minimum “mark spend with warning” transactions/reimbursements by a user who has not signed the uploaded finance policy.
Any suggestions if this is possible? Or other ways to ensure compliance?

Hey Cody! Currently, we don’t have a feature to automatically flag or mark transactions by users who haven’t signed the uploaded finance policy.
I imagine you’re doing this - but it’s worth mentioning just in case - you could set up spend guidelines that trigger alerts or flags for transactions that are out of policy. Alerts can be sent to specific people to increase visibility on the spend, and flags can be used for policy enforcement. When a transaction gets flagged, an email will be sent to the cardholder and their manager or admin to have a conversation and remediate.
If your finance policy was added after your users were added, they won’t be required to sign it on Ramp. For new employees, you could consider making it a part of your onboarding process for them to sign the policy before they are issued a Ramp card.
Is this a company-wide issue, or more a one-off?

Relating to this, is there any way to enforce users to sign the policy even if it was added after they created accounts? It seems like the only way to see who has signed it is to click on each person’s profile- is there an easier way? Thanks!
Hi Grace! Thank you for the question. At the moment, it’s not possible to do so, and you’re right - you would need to check each person’s profile individually.
I understand that this can be time-consuming, especially for larger teams. I will pass your feedback on to our Product team.
Best,
Charlotte
