Hello, we received feedback from one of our managers that he is not able to see and approve procurement requests in the app. If we are missing it, where can we find it in the app? If not, is this on the roadmap? Thanks!

Managers can approve procurement requests in the app if they are included in the approval chain set by your team’s approval policies.
He might not be seeing them due to role restrictions (only admins or designated approvers may have the necessary permissions to approve procurement requests), or approval policy settings (the specific approval policy in place might not include the user as an approver for certain types of requests).
I suggest double-checking the approval policies to make sure they include him as an approver. If that’s good to go and he’s still not seeing it in the app, I recommend contacting our support team here to see if there is an issue with your account.
