We would like to request three key enhancements to Procurement to improve efficiency and record-keeping:
- Conditional Form Logic: The ability to auto-populate workflow forms based on previous question responses in a Procurement program. This will eliminate duplicate data entry and save significant time.
- Flexible Printing/Exporting: The option to print or save a workflow form as a PDF at any stage, regardless of whether it is fully completed.
- Centralized Vendor Storage: The ability to save completed or in-progress forms directly to the vendor’s profile, ensuring all documentation is housed under the vendor rather than just linked to a specific procurement request.
