Programmatic Access to Accounting Connection Error

Hey Ramp team, we are trying to get programmatic access to the accounting connection in our Ramp portal, but we’re receiving the below error. We don’t want to disconnect our Quickbooks. Any solution / fix to this? Thank you.

Hi Matt - thanks for reaching out, and sorry to hear you’re dealing with this. I’ll chime in from the Ramp team – but if any customers have found a solution here, please feel free to share! :pray:

Currently, Ramp only supports one active accounting connection at a time, so you would need to disconnect the current one first. I understand you don’t want to disconnect, in which case I would suggest contacting our support team by submitting a ticket here or calling them at 855-206-SAVE (7283).
