We use Ramp with QuickBooks Online and I keep running into an issue when we create new purchase orders. We have to create a SKU for the items when the purchase orders are first created. That involves going into QuickBooks and creating the item. But the sync of new items into Ramp is really difficult to know when it occurs.
If I try and go to Accounting and then Sync the system, most of the time will say a sync just occurred and it can’t be done again. But there is no listing in any documentation of how often that sync process happens.
Does anybody have any tips or tricks on how to get the list update faster or know how long in between updates there is?
