Ramp Beta

Hi all,

Attended the latest Ramp webinar today and I saw a question that I don’t think was answered. Is it possible to enable Ramp Beta just for one or two specific users at your organization, but not for everyone? There are lots of cool features that I would like to test out in Beta, but I am worried that the presence of new features might confuse other team members. Based on the settings and controls I am assuming it is not possible but figured it couldn’t hurt to ask.

On a similar note, are there any risks to enabling Beta? If I go ahead and enable it, should I wait until a time when traffic from our organization is low (i.e. is there any risk to enabling it during the middle of the workday)?

Thanks, y’all! - Devon

Hey Devon, great question! Ramp Beta features are enabled at the company level, not at the individual user level, so they’ll be enabled for all users in your company.

As for risks, enabling Beta features shouldn’t disrupt your normal operations or cause any downtime. These features are designed to enhance your experience with Ramp and provide early access to new functionalities. However, please note that as these features are in Beta, they are still being refined based on user feedback and may not be as polished as the regular features.

Please let me know if you have any further questions!

Best,
Charlotte
