My team is noticing random RAMP bills are requiring to add pay from account while approving invoices and its even requesting verification. Is anyone expericing the same issue?
Hi @Altagracia_Taveras - thanks for the question! If you just started using Ramp Bill Pay, it’s possible the bank account you were looking to pay out of has not been verified yet.
To verify the bank account → Ramp will make two small deposits into the account, and then you will verify these deposits within Ramp. Here’s a help center article that explains the bank verification process.

Thanks for your response but the issue is for already verified bank accounts. My team has a while using RAMP.
I’ve submitted a ticket to see if a tech can take a more close look at the issue.
