Community Guidelines
1. Be Friendly, Stay Respectful 
Have fun & be helpful! 
We encourage you to leverage the community forum to connect with other users and the Ramp team and engage in meaningful conversation. Whether you have a product question, best practice to share, or any other piece of advice for fellow community members, please share it!
2. Professionalism First, Always. 
Keep it professional and be respectful of one another. Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated — no bullying, no personal attacks, no cuss words, no slander, no insults, no condescension. If you have feedback or suggestions for Ramp’s forums, content, or policies, connect with us via email at [email protected].
3. Accountability & Privacy 
We appreciate your contributions, but encourage you to be mindful of your privacy — please don’t share any personal information or sensitive details about yourself or others. This includes emails, phone numbers, etc. If you’d like to exchange contact info with another user on the forum, we recommend using our private messaging functionality instead of posting publicly. Please also keep in mind that any content you post becomes public, and can be seen by the Ramp team & any Community members.
4. Keep Content Honest. 
You don’t have to use your full real name to participate in the forum, but don’t impersonate an individual or an entity in a misleading or deceptive manner. You promise to refrain from posting any content that you do not have a right to share with the community, with Ramp, and with the general public.
5. Keep Content Relevant. 
We want to keep the content focused on topics relevant to the Ramp community. We do not permit the solicitation of partner services on Ramp Community. Please do not sell or promote your company’s services or products in the forum! Ramp’s moderation team reserves the right, not the obligation, to edit and remove any content at its own discretion.
6. Report Inappropriate Behavior. 
Don’t break the site or do anything that interferes with normal use of Ramp. If you witness behavior that violates our guidelines, please report it to [email protected] or flag that content within the forum. In the event our team identifies content that is harmful to the community, Ramp has the right to change or remove content or restrict access for individual users.
7. Keep it legal. 
Avoid posting illegal content or soliciting or facilitating illegal or prohibited transactions. Content is prohibited if it uses Ramp to solicit or facilitate any transaction or gift involving goods and services. All access or use of Ramp services is separately governed by our Platform Agreement and any content posted to the Ramp Community forum may be considered Feedback (see Section 1.13 of our Platform Agreement). Ramp will process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
