I have a number of bills I pay with credit card/ramp spend that I receive in advance of it being paid. I’d love to be able to submit the “receipt” and all the acct data in ramp and have it sit in a “holding tank” for the couple of weeks before the card auto charges for the bill. When the card actually charges, and the vendor & amount match, ramp should find it in the holding tank submit the spend automatically (or notify me that it made the match and ask me to check it one last time).

If I understand correctly, you’re asking whether you can submit a receipt for a future transaction on a Ramp card and whether Ramp will auto-match it to the transaction once it occurs. Yes - this works. You can forward receipts to [email protected] before the charge hits. Ramp will hold them and automatically match once the transaction comes through (it retries matching regularly).
