When Ramp sends a text to card users with suggested memos, all of the options are currently automatically generated by Ramp, and there doesn’t seem to be a way to manually input options for a user for a particular merchant / category / etc. The automatic suggestions that are generated are insufficient for us, I don’t think I’ve gotten a single automatically generated memo that had what I actually wanted, which then creates more work to go back and tell people to update their memos with more detail…The suggested memos also don’t seem to be based on historical memos, so they don’t improve over time.
It feels like a pretty easy addition to allow manual inputs by an admin for suggested memos, is this something that will be added?
