We came across an issue paying a vendor (an individual who was speaking for and event at our organization) who we were unable to pay via Ramp ACH.
We ended up sending him a check, but we were wondering if the reason we couldn’t pay via ACH was because his organization uses Ramp as well and the email address associated with his vendor record was tied to his organization.
Has anyone else come across this and is it a glitch that needs to be corrected?
