As Ramp is still in constant development of its bill pay and credit card systems and there are many issues and wishlist items posted here in the community, it would be reassuring if Ramp could accumulate these items and have some sort of tracker in the community that shows which items are being worked on, development updates, estimated completion dates, and priority levels. I think this would be a HUGE benefit to the community at large as so many people are waiting for their wishlist items to be resolved with no real timeline or updates for most. Maybe other members of the community could chime in if they think this is something that they would find useful?

Based on other community feedback forums I’m involved in the SAAS / fintech space, general best practice categories to be assigned should be:
- under consideration / gathering interest
- planned
- in development
- beta
- in production
This provides a basic level of communication to end users about feature request status. It doesn’t replace product team responses, but cuts down on duplicate requests and frustration.

Thank you, Steven and Anne Marie. This is a very fair call-out, and we appreciate you sharing it. Since requests sit in different stages of exploration and development, that nuance would be hard (and likely confusing!) to reflect in a single tracker. However, our team is thinking about the best ways to share updates in a way that feels more consistent and collaborative.
Rest assured that customer ideas are extremely valuable to us and we review all of them. Your feedback and requests meaningfully inform our roadmap even when we aren’t specifically developing certain features.
We will do what we can to be clearer our communication: what we plan to build, what we likely won’t (and why), and when you can expect to hear back from us.
