Ramp's May releases: Share a limit across your team, bill pay automation updates, and more!

Hi all, it’s Laura, from our Product Marketing team! For those that I haven’t met yet, I help run our product release program at Ramp.

I wanted to share some exciting releases that the teams have launched in the last month:

Let team members spend towards a shared limit
Allow budget owners to share spend across their team for offsites, events, or ad spend. Learn more.

Manage bills faster with the latest in Bill Pay:

  • Save time with bulk actions: Access new functionality, including re-try sync and edits to dates, descriptions, and accounting categories.
  • See remittance information on your payment receipts: Payment receipt downloads now include additional remittance information, including Trace IDs, SWIFT MT103s, deposited check images, and more.
  • Choose when bills get synced to your ERP: Choose when your bills are synced to your ERP, either upon bill creation or bill payment, to align better with your workflow.
  • Get better visibility into recurring bills: Whether it’s for rent or utilities, set up automated and scheduled bills on a recurring cadence, and choose an end time if needed. You can also see a full list of an existing recurring series, bills created as part of the series, and future bills in the series.

Increase efficiency and visibility across procurement–available on the Ramp Plus plan:

  • Code line items directly in a procurement request form: Let employees code tracking categories for each requested expense line item or select inventory configured in NetSuite and QuickBooks directly from the procurement request form.
  • Save draft procurement requests: Employees can save procurement requests as drafts and revisit them later, making the intake process much more flexible.
  • Reduce the risk of overpayment: Set tolerance thresholds that automatically block a bill creation if the matched invoice and PO line item exceed your preferred threshold amount or percentage.
  • Get more visibility into approval workflows: View the user role and custom group associated with each approver within an approval chain.

Latest product enhancements:

Keep an eye out for next month’s releases!

Until next time,

Laura
