When I add additional line items to a bill, I’d like the ability to drag line items up and down, rearranging line item order as needed. Currently if I add a new line, it’s stuck at the bottom of the bill.
For context, this happens often:
Ramp sees text in a bill and codes as two lines:
Account 1 / Program A
Account 2 / Program A
Many of my non-profit clients split expenses across programs, so I need to re-code Ramp’s suggested coding to something like:
Account 1 / Program A
Account 1 / Program B
Account 1 / Program C
Account 2 / Program A
Account 2 / Program B
Account 2 / Program C
It’s frustrating that I can’t add what I need to the bottom and drag up so that all of Account 1 lines are grouped together and all of Account 2 lines are grouped together, which makes review much eaiser for the approver.
