Hi Ramp team! I have come across this issue several times: if an employee mistakenly uses the wrong virtual card (ie. uses their Wellness Stipend virtual card for purchasing office supplies instead of their Admin virtual card), I am unable to link it to the correct one in the review process - I get this error “The virtual card limit can only be changed for transactions made on a physical card.” It would be great to be able to correct/reassign the virtual card for the transaction while I am in the review process.

Thanks for the feedback on our virtual card experience.
Currently, if a transaction is placed on a virtual card, it cannot be re-assigned to another virtual card. With physical cards, however (if those card numbers are used), the transaction can be re-assigned to any of a user’s virtual cards.
I know that there are upcoming adjustments and improvements being made to this experience, so be on the look out for those updates! Nonetheless, I will bubble your feedback up to our product team for consideration.
