Reimbursement Address auto populated from job number information

Is there a way to sync project (job information - address) from Quickbooks into Ramp so that when someone is going submit a reimbursement request the address will auto populate? Instead of having to manually enter the address every time. Also, an option to enter multiple transactions to a certain job?

Hi Trina! Thanks for asking. Currently, Ramp doesn’t support pulling in custom tags/job information from QuickBooks Online. This means that job addresses or other custom fields from QBO won’t auto-populate in Ramp. Each transaction needs to be manually coded within Ramp before syncing to QuickBooks (read more here).

For entering multiple transactions to a specific job, Ramp does allow detailed coding for each transaction, including categories, vendors, and other fields. Transactions can be split across multiple categories, except for Location and Vendor (read more here).
