I don’t want to remove the requirement for an Out-Of-Pocket to have a receipt entirely, as I feel it could be abused. However, sometimes a personally charged item could be lost similar to a Ramp charged item, or a transaction could be a receipt-less endeavor, ie: housekeeping tips.
Solve Request:
Allow “Request Policy Exemption” process to be followed on reimbursements (as is currently possible in transactions), to where they can type “Cash Tips” as the memo for example.
