Reminder of Flagged transaction or Changes Requested

We would like to send reminders earlier when they have flagged transactions / change requested. Right now we can filter only for missing items - which does not bring up that we have requested more info/changes/etc. Plus if their notifications is set weekly - they tend to miss this if they haven’t used card for other purchases.

I completely agree—sending earlier reminders for flagged transactions or change requests would be a valuable improvement, especially when notifications are set to weekly or there’s no recent card activity. I’ll be sure to share this feedback with our product team for consideration.

In the meantime, one helpful workaround is to tag the employee’s name in a comment directly on the transaction when requesting more information. This triggers an immediate email notification and clearly flags the request for them. While it’s not a perfect substitute for earlier reminders, it does document the request and ensures the employee sees it front and center on their home screen—whether they’re using the mobile app or web browser.
