Hi Ramp Team. We have 180+ users and it’s super-important to us that our users are following the procedures and timelines we put in place for completing their transactions. Unfortunately, there is no easy way to know when a user’s card has been locked (or how many times) due to non-compliance. I know auto-locking is tracked in Ramp, because I go through each user account at the end of each month to document the card locks from from our users’ card activity. I’d LOVE LOVE LOVE the option to run a report, rather than having to go through individual accounts, to track this data. This tool would be very useful in employee performance conversations.
Hey Jennifer! Thanks so much for posting. Great news! Our Engineering team is improving this functionality to show the locked date & reason. I can’t share an exact timeline yet, but I would anticipate by the end of the year!
Best,
Charlotte
Is there an update to this request as we would like to be able to run a report which shows who has had their card auto locked?
Also came here to see if there was an update on this. It would be really nice to be able to add a ‘reason’ if I have to lock someone’s card.
Hi @Jeff_McClanahan and @Amanda_Bell – thank you for your patience! I’ve been coordinating with our Engineering team. The plan is to add it as a tool in Omni (the chatbot within your Ramp account) over the next month or two. Once live, you’ll be able to simply “Ask Ramp” to pull the report for you.
Stay tuned!
