Rise in issues?

I need to know if we are an exception to this rule, but I seem to have been logging multiple tickets for the past few weeks on RAMP issues. Everything seems to point to a failure in the regression testing, and features are coming out at a pace faster than the system can be fully tested.

Are we alone, or are others experiencing the same thing?

This is not a rant and rave as we love RAMP, but getting more and more people getting fed up.

  • None is no longer an acceptable account option
  • Show hidden options on accounts is missing
  • Extreme system slowness
  • People can delete funds themselves
  • and about 4 more…

If I had to tie a moment when this ramped up (no pun intended), it started around the new process flow being forced. i have searched for feature announcement for these items, but those seem to be missing as well.

I agree. Feature announcements would be helpful so we know when things can possible break. We didn’t have the issues you refer to above, but we couldn’t see any receipts without opening a new tab. Weird. I will say they are getting faster with the turnaround times on the tickets though.

Thanks Charlotte. @Jean_Polczynski-Norton hit another good point in that changes that affect workflow cause disruption. As stewards of the funds our roles and jobs require us to clearly communicate and when things happen beyond our control we all look bad at our jobs.

I would be great to get a handle on upcoming change (with dates) so that we can better prepare outselves and our teams to be successful vs reactive.

I’m also experiencing more issues - primarily with coding for accounting. I would also love a heads up on the timeline for changes and updates - since they seem to trigger multiple members of my team or vendors needing help navigating the platform.

wow. I thought I was having computer issues last week because RAMP was awful! For me it was just last week - I had the slowness, I had things being checked off still showing up, I had dismiss requirements only working like half the time.

It was really weird because none of the bugs seemed to happen before last week.
