All: Anyone else have prelim issues with getting their Intacct info to show up in Ramp? Ramp indicates that we are connected to Sage, but when I go to update settings, none of the relevant information (account numbers, names, etc) will show up. My hunch is telling me this is an entity / top level issue, but I can’t find documentation to confirm. Any advice would be great!
Hi Jennifer! For now, I’ll answer in from the Ramp team, but if other customers have advice, please chime in
I would first suggest making sure that Sage is set to the Production environment, as Ramp does not support the development environment. You’ll also need full admin privileges (read more). If both are good to go, it might be related to the setup steps in Sage.
