There have been several cases recently where a cardholder needed a temporary increase for 6-8 weeks. Right now, since the temporary increase resets at the next billing cycle, I either have to remember to go in and set it again after the cycle…or set it as a “permanent” increase and remember to go in and decrease it after the approved time. It would save a lot of time if I could just indicate what date I wanted the card limit to return to it’s normal amount.
