Set Required Fields for Bill Pay

Is there a way to require fields for bill pay? I see in Bill Pay approvals notification and approval conditions based on fields filled in or not but no way to require those fields in the first place.

Example: Require QBO Class - if Class is “Job Expense” require “Job Number” similar to funds/expenses.

I agree! I’m able to set requirements for credit card and reimbursement expenses, but not Bill Pay, so it’s creating inconsistency for our users.
