As we wrap up 2025, I’d love to hear your reflections on the year and gather insights that can help us all grow. Two questions for you:
What were the biggest wins for your team this year?
What wins, strategies, or processes would you like to share with the Ramp Community?
What challenges did you not get to solve – things you’re hoping to tackle in 2026?
Strategically?
Operationally?
(Your answers don’t have to be Ramp-specific—feel free to share anything from finance, accounting, or team operations in general!)
This Community is full of incredibly clever and knowledgeable folks, and I have a feeling your answers might help one another uncover solutions or spark new ideas.
As a small thank-you for sharing your thoughts, I’ll be randomly selecting a few participants to receive coffee gift cards
We LOVE Ramp for our Pcards and are excited for the Bill pay to catch up to our needs. Ramps customer service is lightyears beyond any other vendor we work with for basically anything. The AI bot has been a game changer and we are so thankful for our little robot friend. The biggest win has been the time saved. We save time with month end, and obvious one. But we also have saved so much time with calls, text, and email because our staff can do so much on their own with the app. The amount of “emergencies” while out on PTO have been almost zero. What a blessings! Ramp is truly the gift that keeps on giving and we are so thankful for all of it!! In 2026 we are believing all the syncing bugs will be resolved, and a few more features will be added to the bill pay so we can fully move over to the Ramp platform with our staff. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
Hello, my coworker is drafting an email to Ramp bill pay team per the request of someone else on the Ramp team! We know you all are always trying to improve and we so appreciate your willingness to pivot, seek clarity, and do better. The main issues are sync related, and the way transactions hit the bank each separated instead of lumped. There are also some defaults that could be better but I have seen other suggest that here in the forum. Thank you!!
