Shared Fund Activity - Disable or limit

Currently, all employees in a shared fund can see that fund’s spending history. There are situations where we want employees in the same fund, but don’t want them to have full visibility into how much other people are spending or where. It would be great if we could toggle for each fund whether members can see all activity or only their own. This would help reduce funds to manage, since we could create a single shared fund for spending that applies to all employees, rather than create one for each employee.

Hi Kate, good news! We released this feature to an early cohort of customers, I have turned this on for you as well. Moving forward, members can only view their own transactions on a Shared Fund. Only Owners and Co-Owners can view everyone’s transactions. Let us know if you have any feedback.

Cheers!

Amazing, thank you! This will make things much easier for us!

One potential improvement – allow us to turn this feature on and off per fund. Hiding shared activity is great for large general funds, but I can also imagine a scenario where still being able to see everyone else’s activity would be beneficial for non-owners. For example, if you had a small team planning an event together, or if you had an accountant who wanted to periodically monitor a fund.
