Are assistants able to view the spend limits on a card that they are the assistant on?
I swear that when I set up folx as assistants on for certain managers they were able to click on the specific card to see what the spend limit was and how much was left on the card for that period. But I just had someone check in with me and showed me that they only number they can see from the assistant dashboard is the total of all transaction history on a particular card.
Hi Bailey - it’s great to hear from you! Assistants don’t have the ability to view the spend limits on the cards they are assisting with. They can only see the total transaction history on a particular card. As far as I know, this has always been the case, and there haven’t been any recent changes here.

That might be a good idea. We have card holders who simply delegate all of the back end coding and receipt upload to their assistance, but then come to me frustrated when their card is locked or they reach their limit. It would be helpful for the assistants to be able to warn them when the spend limit is approaching.
